Long Beach Seeks Seventh Win in Row Tonight at Utah State
Cal State Long Beach, which has already won one more basketball game than it did last season, will play Utah State in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. contest tonight at 7:30 in the university gym.
The 49ers, 13-6 overall and 7-3 in the PCAA, will be trying for their seventh straight victory, which would tie them with the Aggies (13-6, 8-2) for second place.
This will be the final game of the season for the 49ers in their gym, where they are 8-0. The last two home games have been moved to the Long Beach Arena.
Utah State, coming off a 78-77 win at New Mexico State Thursday night, beat the 49ers, 86-81, Jan. 7 at Logan, Utah.
