CS Fullerton, in Bid for 2nd Straight Win, Plays Host to Utah St.
Cal State Fullerton, which has won two consecutive games only once this season, will try to win a second straight tonight against Utah State in Titan Gym.
The Titans (7-15, 3-10) beat San Jose State Thursday and have won three of their past six games.
Utah State (16-7, 11-3), which beat Fullerton, 75-72, in the teams’ first meeting this season, is coming off a 94-74 loss to Nevada Las Vegas Thursday night. Had Utah State won that game, the Aggies would have been in good position to become the first team other than UNLV to win the Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. title since UNLV joined the conference six seasons ago. The Aggies are in second place, a half-game back.
Fullerton is in ninth place with five games remaining.
