Lapper and Strouse Honored by Sunset

Mike Lapper, who led Marina High School into the Southern Section 4-A quarterfinals, was named the Sunset League’s defensive player of the year by a vote of the league’s boys’ soccer coaches.

Andy Strouse, who led Edison to a third-place finish, was named the offensive player of the year.
