Northridge Travels to San Diego State
Cal State Northridge will attempt to keep its playoff hopes alive when the seventh-ranked Matadors travel to San Diego State tonight for a Western Intercollegiate Volleyball Assn. match against the 11th-ranked Aztecs.
Northridge (13-13 overall, 5-8 in conference play) is coming off a win over Stanford on Wednesday. The Matadors are battling Stanford and Pepperdine (both 4-6 in the WIVA) for fifth place and a berth in the NCAA Western regional.
San Diego State is 12-13, 2-9.
