McCoy McLemore, former National Basketball Assn. player who is a television commentator for the Houston Rockets, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Houston.
McLemore, 46, was indicted by a Harris County grand jury for the same allegations another grand jury cleared him of in September. Assistant District Attorney Ted Wilson said the previous grand jury did not have all the facts.
McLemore is accused of driving a car that was stolen from a Hertz lot near Houston Hobby Airport in November 1982.
