Fullerton Sweeps UCSB in Softball

Valerie Douglas had five hits in two games as Cal State Fullerton swept UC Santa Barbara, 2-0, 6-0, in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. softball doubleheader at Fullerton.
Douglas had two hits and drove in two runs as Anjie Bryant threw a two-hitter for Fullerton (39-11, 13-5) in the first game. Carey Hess had three hits and scored three runs and Douglas had three hits in the second game. Santa Barbara is 4-36, 1-17.
