Northridge Honors 12 Scholar Athletes

Twelve Cal State Northridge athletes were honored Thursday for maintaining a 3.2 grade-point average over a two-year period.

The athletes, who made the Varsity N Academic-Athletic Honor Roll, included: Janine Cochran (softball), Troy Dueker (basketball), Sharon Elm (swimming), James Faley (track), Nicole Gillis (tennis), Tim Hograth (golf), Bobbette Kelly (swimming), Allison Kincaid (tennis), Tammy McCarty (track), Lesley Plank (softball), Michaele Schols (swimming) and Derik Vett (track).
