Sandfry Lifts Chapman Women to 102-82 Victory

Corine Sandfry scored 22 points to lead Chapman College to a 102-82 victory over Cal State Hayward Monday in a women’s nonconference basketball game at Chapman.
The victory snaps a 6-game losing streak for Chapman (3-6). Kim Rieff scored 21 points and had 12 rebounds and Lisa Schumaker had 20 points and 9 rebounds for Chapman, which led, 52-48, at halftime.
Alicia James scored 21 for Hayward (1-4).
