Fitzgerald Leads East to All-Star Victory

Bill Fitzgerald of Katella High School hit two triples and pitched three scoreless innings to lead the East team to a 5-2 victory over the West in the Anaheim Unified School District All-Star game at Glover Stadium Friday.
Fitzgerald, named the game’s most valuable player, hit a two-run triple in the seventh to drive in the winning runs. He also struck out three.
