Kyman Leads Team to Volleyball Title

Reebok/Skiv’ease, a team that includes five Valley-area players, defeated Huntington Beach Volleyball Club, 15-8, 15-9, Saturday in the final of the U. S. Junior Olympic Volleyball Championship in Toledo, Ohio.

Coley Kyman, who graduated from Reseda High in June and will attend Cal State Northridge on an athletic scholarship, was named an All-American and tournament MVP.

Greg Weaver of Chatsworth High, Gary Resnick of Taft, Chris Bruckner of Chaminade and Chad Blatchley of Glendale also are Reebok/Skiv’ease team members.
