Far West Senior Tennis Championships : Tunstall of Irvine to Defend His Men’s 30 Title Today

Mike Tunstall of Irvine will defend his men’s 30 title in the final of the Far West Senior Tennis Championships today at the Lindborg Racquet Club in Huntington Beach.

Tunstall advanced Saturday with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Pete Kelly of Phoenix. Tunstall will play Stan Nelson of Huntington Beach in the final.

Alvin Gardner of Newport Beach, the No. 1-ranked player in the country in men’s 35 singles, will play in the final today against Bob Robles of Mission Viejo.
