One of two Arizona State football players suspended last week for a rules violation has been cleared and reinstated. Coach Larry Marmie said that he has allowed Lynn James to return because he is convinced the senior flanker wasn’t involved in the incident in which beer reportedly was found in the motel room James shares with senior wide receiver Leland Adams, who also was suspended.
