Arredondo Scores 51 Points for Los Alamitos

Allison Arredondo had 51 points and 25 rebounds to lead Los Alamitos High School to a 70-58 victory over Kennedy in a nonleague girls’ basketball game Tuesday at Kennedy.
Senior Noelle Carbajal had 12 assists for the Griffins (1-1), who never trailed after taking a 16-15 lead. Valerie Ruiz scored 25 and Michelle Harris had 21 for Kennedy (0-2).
