Maurizi to Play for Notre Dame
Mark Maurizi, the shortstop at Crespi High, has orally accepted a partial baseball scholarship to attend Notre Dame, Crespi Coach Scott Muckey said Wednesday.
Maurizi, a 5-foot-8, 160-pound three-year starter, batted .375 with 19 runs batted in and 10 stolen bases last season.
