FYI: The 42nd annual “PrimeTime Emmy Awards” will be broadcast to a total of 28 countries, live or tape delayed. The show, which will be seen on Fox in the United States at 8 p.m. Sunday, has the potential of reaching 150 million viewers outside the country. . . . KTTV Channel 11 will set the Emmy mood with an on-location preview show from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, airing at 7 p.m. Sunday. Nominees will be interviewed. . . . The music director of the Emmys show is Bill Conti. . . . Director David Lynch will host an Emmy viewing party at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood on Sunday night; the fund-raiser will benefit the Spare Change Project for family assistance.
