Santa Paula 35, Calabasas 12--Senior running back Dustin Magdaleno rushed for three touchdowns and kicked an extra point to lead the visiting Cardinals (4-2, 1-0). Magdaleno, who rushed for 68 yards in 13 carries, scored on runs of two, seven and 21 yards.

Calabasas (2-4, 0-1) scored on a 14-play, 74-yard drive late in the third quarter on a 13-yard run by Damon Riggins, who also scored on an eight-yard run in the fourth quarter. Riggins finished with 123 yards in 27 carries.

Cardinal quarterback Ben Fausset completed nine of 14 passes for 131 yards and one touchdown.
