Share

It didn’t take long for Lincoln High to rebuild a program decimated by graduation after last season.

In its first game, the Hornets, whom Coach Ron Loneski says must win with speed because it has no height, screamed to a 101-55 victory over Granite Hills in a Norsemen-Warhawk opening-round game.

Barry Randle led Lincoln (1-0) with 25 points and 14 rebounds. Scott Hammond added 19 points and had eight steals for the Hornets.
