In a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. men’s basketball game:

Chapman 67, Cal State Dominguez Hills 60--Chapman had five players in double figures at Dominguez Hills while stopping a three-game losing streak. Rog Middleton, Alan Schlines and Andre Hill scored 12 each for Chapman (12-9, 2-4), which shot 63% (27 for 43) from the field. Chapman didn’t attempt a three-pointer.

Zlatko Josic and Chuck McGavran scored 11 each for Chapman, which plays Dominguez at home tonight at 8:05.

In Golden State Athletic Conference men’s basketball:

Southern California College 100, Azusa Pacific 86--Jeff Bickmore scored 23 points for Southern California College (18-5, 5-2), ranked No. 24 in the NAIA poll. Jason Quinn scored 16, Mike West had 15 and Elbert Davis and Eric Carmichael each scored 13 for SCC. Matt Burns scored a game-high 29 points and Buck Day scored 19 for host Azusa Pacific (12-11, 3-4). Cal Baptist 60, Christ College Irvine 54--Jamie McShan scored 15 points and Mike Oden had 11 for host Christ College Irvine (9-15, 2-4).

In California Coastal Conference men’s basketball:

Pacific Christian 110, West Coast Christian 63--Mike Vincent scored 29 points, Kenney Crawford 21 and Phil Garcia 17 for host Pacific Christian.

In Big West Conference women’s basketball:

Fresno State 73, UC Irvine 46--Kathy Lizarraga scored 12 points for visiting Irvine (4-16, 2-9).

In Golden State Athletic Conference women’s basketball:

Christ College Irvine 84, Cal Baptist 71--Point guard Stacy Kirch scored 11 points and had nine rebounds, 10 assists and nine steals for host Christ College (15-4, 4-2). Forward Nancy Geisler scored 20 points for Christ College and center Gitte Mejer added 16 points. Center Sonja Akkerman had 28 points and 19 rebounds for Cal Baptist (12-11, 2-4).

Azusa Pacific 55, Southern California College 45--Deborah Macciola scored 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for host Azusa Pacific (8-15, 1-5). Darnell Good scored 14 points for Southern California College (10-13, 2-4).

In Western Intercollegiate Volleyball Assn. men’s volleyball:

Cal State Long Beach 3, UC Irvine 0--Brent Hilliard, Matt Lyles and Zachary Small each had 11 kills for second-ranked Long Beach (6-0, 3-0), which defeated UCI, 15-5, 15-6, 15-13. David Petker had six kills for UC Irvine (0-3, 0-3).
