In other league finals:
Free-lance championships--Brian Miller (heavyweight) and Brad Newlin (189 pounds) registered pins to lead Highland to the team title for unaffiliated schools at Quartz Hill High.
John Izzo (130 pounds) registered another win for Highland, which totaled 170 points to second-place Littlerock’s 140.
Mission League--Josh Rodine (119 pounds) and Robert Pearlstein (152 pounds) repeated as league champions to pace Harvard (158 1/2 points) to the title.
Channel League--John Jimenez (119), Jason Carmody (125) and Scott Adams (189) led Ventura to the team title with individual victories at Buena High.
Rich Brenner of Rio Mesa, Rich Tellez of Hueneme and Carlos Govea of Oxnard also won individual titles.
