Fire Hits Pizza Parlor in Panorama City
A Panorama City pizza parlor was extensively damaged in a Friday morning fire, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Patrick Killian said.
The fire erupted about 10:30 a.m. in the Numero Uno Pizza restaurant in the 8700 block of Woodman Ave. and spread to an adjacent doughnut shop. Damage was estimated at $100,000, Killian said.
Eight fire companies were called to the blaze, which was extinguished in about 20 minutes. No injuries were reported.
