The Toronto Blue Jays acquired Cory Snyder from the Chicago White Sox for minor-league outfielder Shawn Jeter and a player to be named.
Snyder, 28, was hitting .188 with three homers and 11 runs batted in while appearing in 50 games as an outfielder and first baseman.
