Brethren Christian’s 42-30 victory over Ayala last week in an Olympic League football game guaranteed the Warriors a playoff spot and gave them back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 1980 and 1981.

Brethren Christian was 7-3 last year and heads into Saturday’s game against Cerritos Valley Christian with a 7-1 record (3-0 in league). Valley Christian also is 3-0 in league.
