All-Americans: Laguna Beach’s Rachel Wacholder was named to Volleyball Monthly’s All-American first team and La Habra’s Zrinka Kristich was named to the second team. The teams were selected by Dale Flickinger, who coached Corona del Mar to the State Division I title last season.

Laguna Beach, the Southern Section 5-A champion, finished eighth in the magazine’s final national rankings, and El Toro, the State Division I champion, was ranked 25th.
