The federal Organized Crime Strike Force has subpoenaed Nevada Las Vegas for records the university has obtained on convicted sports fixer Richard Perry.
The subpoena was served on university counsel Brad Booke, who is preparing UNLV’s response to NCAA allegations of rules infractions.
Perry was convicted of fixing harness races in New York in 1974 and conspiring to fix Boston College basketball games in 1984.
