Cal Poly Pomona Women Defeated

The Cal Poly Pomona women’s basketball team, ranked No. 15, was beaten by No. 20 UC Davis, 69-49, in the semifinals of the NCAA Division II West Regionals at Portland State Friday night.
The Broncos (23-6), in foul trouble all night, finished the game with four players on the court. The Aggies (25-2) went to the free-throw line 38 times to Pomona’s 10. Each team had 22 field goals.
