Boxer Johnny Tapia has pleaded not guilty to threatening a witness in a murder case in Albuquerque, N.M., and has been released without bail. Tapia’s cousin, Raymond Whiting, is scheduled to go on trial this month in the stabbing death of 16-year-old Donicio Baca.
