Zenith Signs Technology Agreement: Zenith Electronics Corp. said it signed a joint development agreement to use Insight Telecast Inc.’s on-screen TV program guide in its color TVs, videocassette recorders and cable decoders over the next five years. Zenith said it expects to introduce cable products this year with technology developed by Fremont, Calif.-based Insight.
