Rolf Aldag of Germany won the third stage and surprising Dave Mann of New Zealand kept his precarious overall lead for the third day in a row in the Tour Du Pont bicycle race. Aldag, 23, who rides for the Switzerland-based Helvetia team, defeated countryman Peter Hilse by about 15 feet in the 140.3-mile stage through the Pocono Mountains to Hershey, Pa.
