Phil Anderson of Australia won a sprint and Dave Mann of Britain remained atop the standings in the Tour Du Pont bicycle race.
Anderson, 32, emerged from a large pack on the final long stretch en route to winning the 133.2-mile stage from Hershey, Pa., to Hagerstown, Md., in 5 hours 52 minutes 30 seconds.
Mann retained an 0.74-second overall margin over teammate Stephen Swart of New Zealand.
