OUTLOOK

The Argonauts are coming off the only undefeated league season in the school’s 70-year-old history, but defending their championship will be difficult. The team features only two returning starters on offense, although both are quality players. Schneider, who passed for 437 yards in a run-oriented offense, is back to direct the offense. One of his primary targets will be Hoalton, who also plays free safety. Sebreros, the league’s offensive player of the year, gained 974 yards rushing at tailback (including one playoff game) and most likely will be a workhorse again. The key to the team’s success, Buenafe said, rests with the lines. “We have entirely new lines,” he said. “Depending on how much we progress there will dictate what and how we do.”
