Is the turmoil finally over at San Clemente? David Elecciri quit as coach because he felt no one was in his corner. McElroy moved over from an assistant coaching position at Capistrano Valley. But can he turn things around? It might take awhile. San Clemente’s league record over the past seven seasons is 2-34, including 0-5 last year. The Tritons haven’t won a league game in five years. But there is always hope for a brighter future. Eight starters return, including Hall and Sixtos.
