LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON: An Orange County father and son this week bought the Triple-A Las Vegas Stars baseball team of the Pacific Coast League. The father, Hank Stickney of Cowan Heights, founder of a medical consulting firm, already owns the Class A San Bernardino Spirit. Son Ken owns the Class A Palm Springs Angels. . . . “I was Ken’s baseball coach all the way through Pony League,” says Hank. “Doing this together is exciting for both of us.”
