HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL ROUNDUP : Spielman Propels Village Christian to 42-0 Win Over Maranatha

Mike Spielman scored two touchdowns and pulled down three interceptions to lead Village Christian High to a 42-0 Alpha League victory over Maranatha on Saturday night at Kennedy High.
Spielman scored on a 55-yard run and a 23-yard pass for the Crusaders (8-0, 3-0 in league play). The victory clinched a playoff berth for Village Christian.
Tarik Blair rushed for 105 yards and scored two touchdowns in 22 carries.
The Crusaders held Maranatha (1-7, 0-3) to 118 yards.
