Former San Clemente Player Wins USTA Title

David Roditi, a former San Clemente High tennis player, defeated Mashaika Washington, 6-1, 6-1, 5-7, 6-4, to win the USTA Indoor 18-and-under singles title Sunday in Dallas.
It is the first national title for Roditi, who is a freshman at Texas Christian. Washington attends Michigan State.
