Girls’ Playoff Game Reset Due to Rain
The second-round playoff game between the Thousand Oaks and Palmdale high girls’ basketball teams originally scheduled for Friday has been postponed until tonight because flooding from heavy rains prevented Thousand Oaks from making the trip to Palmdale.
Tonight’s 7:30 game will be held at Thousand Oaks.
The host Lancers (26-0) are the two-time defending Southern Section Division I-A champions and the No. 1-ranked team in the state by Cal-Hi Sports.
Palmdale is 18-6.
