No. 2 Thousand Oaks 76, Diamond Bar 41--Marion Jones led Thousand Oaks with a game-high 22 points and had 14 rebounds to lead the Lancers to a I-A victory at home.

Melissa Wood added 14 points and Sam Clarke had 13 for Thousand Oaks (28-0). Diamond Bar fell to 24-4.

No. 3 Brea-Olinda 85, Burbank Burroughs 36--Colleen Hudson, a junior center, led Brea with 28 points and 15 rebounds in a II-AA quarterfinal victory at home. Nicole Erickson, a junior guard, had 21 points and Sarah Beckley, a junior forward, had 14 points for the Ladycats (26-2).

No. 9 Long Beach Poly 57, Apple Valley 55--Kiki Johns, a sophomore guard, led Poly with 21 points in a I-AA victory at Apple Valley.

Apple Valley’s Felecity Willis made a free throw with seven seconds remaining to tie the score, 55-55, but Johns made an 18-foot jump shot as time ran out to win the game for Poly (22-3).

Suzanne Knight, a senior forward, had 21 points for Apple Valley (22-2).

Hemet 78, Edison 51--Angela Darnell had 31 points and 13 rebounds to lead Hemet over Edison in a II-AA win at home.

Hemet’s front court scored the first 12 points of the game and led Hemet to a 42-23 halftime lead. Hemet made 19 of 26 field-goal attempts in the first half.

La Canada 58, Yucca Valley 41--Senior forward Melissa Lord had 33 points, 13 rebounds, four assists and three steals for visiting La Canada (19-8) in a III-A victory over Yucca Valley (11-12). La Canada went on a 9-0 run at the end of the third quarter by hitting three consecutive three-point shots to make the score 42-25 at halftime.

No. 16 Alemany 41, Estancia 29--Zevette Mitchell scored 20 points and pulled down 12 rebounds for visiting Alemany (24-4) in a III-AA victory over Estancia (16-10).
