PRO FOOTBALL / DAILY REPORT : RAIDERS : 3 More Draft Choices Sign
The Raiders reached agreement with three more of their draft choices Tuesday when cornerback James Trapp, a third-round choice; linebacker Greg Biekert, a seventh-round selection; and running back Greg Robinson, an eighth-round pick, arrived at training camp in Oxnard.
That leaves only safety Patrick Bates, the team’s first-round choice, and wide receiver Olanda Truitt, a fifth-round pick, left unsigned.
“Hopefully, we’ll have everyone in now that these guys are here,” Coach Art Shell said.
It is important for Bates to arrive soon because he is expected to help fill the void caused by the departure of veteran Ronnie Lott.
