FAST FACT
Paraclete’s goal in 1993 was to reach the playoffs. After tying for third place, the Spirits were eliminated by a coin flip.
OUTLOOK
Paraclete must overcome long odds with only 29 players--seven or eight of them going both ways--and without much of a passing attack. Paraclete must rely on a ball-control offense, with Austin running behind Phelan, a Division I prospect. On defense, the Spirits must stop the run.
