Norco 20, Corona 0--Norco held Corona to nine yards of offense in the first half as it built a 20-0 lead in a Division IV semifinal at Corona High.
Andrew Whieldon threw two touchdown passes in the first half to lead Norco (11-2) to its second consecutive championship. Sean Hansen and Mike McCaskell led the Cougars’ defense with two sacks each.
Corona, outgained on offense, 327 to 141, finished 9-3-1.
