In the Pasadena Tournament:

Rancho Santiago 86, Fullerton 80--Aaron Aguilera scored 19 points and pulled in 11 rebounds to lead Rancho Santiago (10-3) in the consolation championship.

Marcus Austin had 27 points and 15 rebounds and Floyd Payne had 19 points for the Hornets (9-8).

In nonconference men’s basketball:

Irvine Valley 119, Grossmont 88--Keon Clark led the 11 players who scored for Irvine Valley (10-5) with 24 points. Josh Porter added 23 points for Irvine Valley. Grossmont’s Mark Bruno led all scorers with 27 points.

In the semifinals of the Women’s Coast Christmas Classic:

Chaffey 74, Saddleback 73--Amee Pina hit a shot at the buzzer to win it for Chaffey (8-1). Pina finished with 20 points. Maureen Skehan scored 21 points and Ja’Keena Bacon added 13 for Saddleback. The Gauchos made only nine of 18 free throws; Chaffey made 11 of 12.

In consolation games:

Orange Coast 95, El Camino 75--Stephanie McNamara scored 23 points and Jamie Shine added 21 points and 14 rebounds to lead Orange Coast (12-3). El Camino’s Tracy Hawkins made seven three-pointers and ended with a game-high 27 points.
