Outlook: The defending South Coast League champions will compete to reach the State finals with league rival Dana Hills, as the Dolphins moved down to Division II-AA this fall. The Mustangs showed signs of brilliance last year, posting the county’s fastest team time at the Mt. San Antonio College Invitational and losing the section final by just three points to Yucaipa, 50-53. Hall advanced to the Masters meet at 800 meters as a sophomore and was fifth at the county meet in the same event last year. MacLeod, Hodge and Hill combine to give Recla as potent a top three combination as there is in the county.
