Ventura 31, Hueneme 30--Quarterback Kyle Schommer threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to running back Jeramie Jackson with 26 seconds to play to lead Ventura (2-4, 1-2) at Hueneme. Jackson caught the pass at the 12 and spun past three defenders to score.

Ronney Jenkins rushed for 244 yards in 30 carries for Hueneme (3-3, 1-2) and scored touchdowns passes and rushed for 60 yards and one touchdown.
