Ventura 31, San Marcos 24--Jeramie Jackson scored the winning touchdown on a 17-yard run with 51 seconds to play in a Channel League game at Ventura High.

Kyle Schommer completed 10 of 19 passes for 185 yards and scored two touchdowns to lead the Cougars (3-4, 2-2) to a homecoming victory at Ventura High.
