Birmingham 25, Granada Hills 12--Emmanuel Evans rushed for 224 yards in 25 carries and scored two touchdowns to pace the Braves (2-5, 1-3) at home.

Birmingham’s Bobby Davis scored a touchdown and rushed for 56 yards in three carries, and Robert Bowens scored a touchdown and rushed for 62 yards in eight carries.

Granada Hills’ two touchdowns were scored by its defense. Ernest Quinley made a 62-yard return with an interception. Dwayne Lewis took a fumble back 99 yards for the Highlanders (0-7, 0-4).
