The UPN network expands its prime-time programming to three nights a week tonight when it broadcasts “The Blockbuster Entertainment Awards” from 8-10 p.m. Next Wednesday, an 8 p.m. episode of “Star Trek: Voyager” (future weeks will feature the new series “The Sentinel” in the slot) will be followed at 9 p.m. by the new action drama “Swift Justice.” . . . Due to numerous listener calls, radio station KUSC-FM (91.5) has brought back “The Newshour With Jim Lehrer” to its weekday 6:30-7:30 p.m. slot, replacing “Newsday From the BBC.”
