Athletes Should Help Their Old High School
In reading “Inner City Diamonds Have Become Flawed” [March 31], one must congratulate Fremont High for producing 23 major league baseball players. However, it seems that the school failed to educate these players about loyalty and thankfulness. One has to also fault the selfish major leaguers who have graduated and have the means to repay only a small bit of their salaries.
