Ron Kopita, Cal State Northridge vice president in charge of student affairs, has completed his investigation into the cover-up of running back Shayne Blakey’s gunshot wounds and forwarded his recommendations to Blenda J. Wilson, the school president.

Kopita would not say if he has suggested further discipline against Athletic Director Paul Bubb, football Coach Dave Baldwin or Blakey. He said Wilson will see the report today and decide on any further discipline and whether the report will be released.

Baldwin told reporters that Blakey underwent an appendectomy, when he had actually been shot at a party. Baldwin and Bubb have since apologized.
