* For help in preparing for a natural disaster, turn to the Emergency Preparedness Information Center at https://TheEpicenter.com. The site includes a lengthy checklist of items to have at home, at work and in your car in case of emergency and can assist you in creating a family evacuation plan. There are also links to sites about earthquakes, weather disasters, fire and volcanoes.

* Looking for a dose of conservatism? Try Town Hall at https://www.townhall.com. The site has current news from the right (including political cartoons) from inside and outside the Beltway. There are also links to conservative institutions such as the Heritage Foundation and the Progress and Freedom Foundation.

* Virtual Jerusalem (https://www.virtual.co.il) introduces visitors to business, education, history, technology and tourism in the city.
