Jermaine Gray
Rancho Santiago, Sophomore
Football/Running Back
Gray, from Valencia High, had been struggling in the first three games this season. He had 165 yards in 41 carries as Rancho Santiago failed to establish an effective ground game. But all that changed Saturday as Gray rushed for 228 yards and a touchdown in 25 carries and the Dons beat El Camino, 34-21, for their second consecutive victory. At one point in the game, Gray got first downs on seven consecutive carries.
