In other Northwest Valley Conference games:

Birmingham 34, Chatsworth 22--Raheem Chisman’s interception with less than four minutes to play sealed the victory for the Braves (4-3, 2-2) at Chatsworth.

Running back Emmanuel Evans rushed for 136 yards in 25 carries and scored on a two-yard run.

Running back Bobby Davis ignited the Braves’ offense in the second half, rushing for 96 yards in 10 carries and scoring on runs of 30 and one yard. His first touchdown run late in the third quarter put Birmingham ahead to stay, 20-15, and his second scoring run early in the fourth quarter built the Braves’ lead to 28-15.

Chatsworth (3-4, 1-3) was led by running back Tramain Cullors, who rushed for 160 yards in 15 carries and scored on a 51-yard run.

Quarterback Ryan Martinez completed nine of 20 passes for 122 yards, with one touchdown and one interception. Backup quarterback Travis Winn, who was used sparingly, failed to complete a pass in three attempts but passed to Chris Tapia for a two-point conversion in the first quarter.
